Sway Creative Labs (https://www.madebysway.com) is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Producer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who has demonstrated success in managing both small and large-scale projects and is looking to take on increased responsibility in overseeing complex productions and client relationships.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or production, ideally within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency
  • Strong track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software, particularly Hive; knowledge of other tools like Smartsheets and Trello is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing small teams or leading project segments
  • Understanding of the creative process and ability to work closely with creative teams to ensure the alignment of vision and execution
  • Occasional travel and attendance required in office and on set
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field preferred


Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of retainer projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on brief
  • Support Producers and Senior Producers in the planning and execution of larger and more complex projects
  • Take lead on medium-scale projects, overseeing all production phases and ensuring deliverables meet the high standards of the agency and client expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during projects, managing communications and expectations
  • Update client status sheets to ensure all project deliverables are moving as intended
  • Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, ensuring efficient collaboration between creative, technical, and administrative roles
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely and successful delivery

  • Dental Insurance. Sway pays 100% of employee’s United Concordia Dental Plan
  • Yearly bonuses. Unless otherwise stated, you will be eligible to receive a year-end bonus based on your performance, to be determined in Sway’s full discretion. Payment of bonuses is on the second paycheck of November each year. Additional bonuses may be awarded throughout the year based on your own (including your efforts in generating new business via your own relationships) and the company’s performance, to be determined at Sway’s discretion
